1.  How do I get help when creating these?
We recently added yellow text boxes that will guide you Step by Step through the process. You can turn these off by clicking on the HELP link in the upper right hand corner of the editing pages. Turn them back on the same way. If you get stuck, just send us an email to support@memoriesalive.com

2.  Why should I preview my work before ordering?
This gives you the best view of what your photobook, calendars, and other gifts may look like when they are printed, bound, and shipped to you.  Previewing your work may also expose flaws that need to be corrected before ordering.  more info about Previewing

3.  How do I know if I've made a mistake?
If you make the text too big, or use a low quality photo, you will get a warning sign (looks like a yellow triangle with an exclamation point (!) on it.  DON'T IGNORE THIS!   You will see this in both the edit and preview windows if there is a problem.  Go to the problem text or photo(s) and resize until the warning sign goes away.  Then go to the Preview window again to see if the changes meet your expectation. 

4.  Why don't you offer other types of photo gifts like posters, notebooks, prints, etc?
They are coming real soon Here!  We have unique gift items in the works too.

5.  What if I'm not sure I want to order yet?
That's perfectly OK with us.  We'll keep your project stored on our servers.  After you have created an album, scrapbook, calendar, etc., you can preview it to see exactly what it will look like.  Continue editing as long as you like.

1.  When is Robert (Founder and CEO) going to display his personal photo book in the About Us section ?
You may have heard of our plans to put it on the memoriesalive.com website.  That will happen when the engineers finish their work to make the album web-ready.  In the meantime, some of the stories are already published on his blog.   Updates will be posted on our Facebook Fan Page.  Join Us Now!
